Vocation Story: I have always felt called to serve God since I was young. I didn't know how or why but I always sensed that God existed and wanted me to follow Him. Sadly during my teen years and early twenties I let other things distract me from that call. After my conversion to the Catholic Faith I started to discern further in that regard. Initially I spent some time at a few religious communities but never quite felt called to live in those communities despite the good example of the many people I met. I learned much from those communities and shall always hold many of the members I knew in high regard. After that I decided to take a second look at the diocesan priesthood. Further discernment and conversations with my pastor led me to apply to the diocese. I was accepted in July of 2014. During the process I have met quite a number of priests in the diocese who have encouraged me by their counsel and example as well. It is my great desire to be used of God to draw others nearer to His Love and mercy. I am looking forward to serving God and His people. Please pray for us.
