Seminary/Stage of Study: Currently in 1st Theology at St. Mary's Seminary, Baltimore
Degree(s): Associates degree from Fulton Montgomery Community College. BA in Technical Theatre and Philosophy from SUNY Fredonia

Work Experience: I have worked as an Assistant Scenic Painter for the Chautauqua Theatre Company, and have worked at the Fredonia Newman Center Catholic Campus Ministry. This past summer I worked as a Camp Counselor at Camp Scully for the 6 weeks of camp there.

Interests: I enjoy the outdoors, carpentry, building, playing my trombone or singing.

Vocation Story: I was raised Catholic, always going to church with my family and I was an altar server, as were my brothers. I joined the choir, became a lector and Eucharistic Minister. My family was always and still are involved with the Church. I grew up with the desire to do things without expecting anything in return. I realized that my life was one of service in high school. I figured my life was to make other people's lives easier.

I discerned whether or not my life is of service to and for the Lord as a priest throughout my college years. Correspondence with Fr. Walsh of the Vocations Office and talking about a possible priestly vocation with my parents and friends, helped me to make the decision to enter the Isaac Jogues Discernment House. I attended a few discernment group meetings too. At college I was in the Technical Theatre program at Fredonia, which I enjoyed and I also took Philosophy classes in anticipation that I would apply to the RCDA Discernment Program. Now, at the discernment house I hope to discover more fully the path God would like me to take.
